Delivery
- Your orders will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days. Since your products are produced on a special order, delivery times may vary Decently from 3 to 10 days.
Return and Exchange
- All of our products on our site are produced on order, so returns cannot be accepted. You can do a one-time body change.
- You can make a one-time size change no later than 14 days after receiving your dress.

- If the products that reach our company for return are examined by us and comply with the exchange conditions, your exchange will be provided.
- Products that do not comply with the exchange conditions will be sent back to you with a counterpayment.
- If you want to send your product with a different shipping company other than Mng Cargo, the entire shipping fee belongs to you. Cargoes sent to us with the buyer's payment other than Mng Cargo will not be accepted by us.
Conditions of Change
- Used, damaged, perfumed and unlabeled products cannot be exchanged.
- The change can be made once in the product.
- Your product is the customer's responsibility until you contact us for exchange.
- Please send your exchange request to us within 7 days.
