RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer, without assuming any civil and criminal liability and without any justification, may use the right of withdrawal from the date of delivery in transactions related to the sale of goods / services, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase in transactions related to the sale of services, EXCEPT FOR SPECIAL CONTRACTS. The buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period up to the delivery of the goods / services.

If the Buyer sends the goods to be returned by a cargo company other than the Seller's contracted cargo company specified in the Preliminary Information Form, the Seller is not responsible for the return cargo cost and the damage that the goods will suffer during the cargo process.

As long as the Buyer sends the goods / services to be returned to the Seller with the Seller's contracted cargo company specified in the preliminary information form, the return shipping fee belongs to the Seller. If the Buyer sends the goods to be returned by a cargo company other than the contracted cargo company provided by the Seller for the return specified in the preliminary information form, the Seller is not responsible for the return cargo cost and the damage that the goods will suffer during the cargo process.

Business In the disputes that will arise related to this Agreement; Turkish Law applies and Istanbul (Central) Courts and enforcement directorates are authorized.
